Medium to strong vigour; broadly cultivable.

Bears early and regularly.
Notes
Newly discovered, very healthy dessert pear for garden and orchard with no special heat need; grows up to low mountain sites (350 m). Picking mid-to-late Sep, eating-ripe mid-Oct, keeps about three weeks. Currently only available as scionwood from a variety-conservation network.
Care
Undemanding variety needing little care; use up around eating ripeness in October.
