This notice applies to consumers who take out a Permaplans subscription directly with us (payment via Stripe in the browser or on the desktop). Purchases made through the **Apple App Store or Google Play** are additionally covered by those stores' own refund rules, and are handled there.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Permaplans is a digital service that is available immediately after purchase.
The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have
1. expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and 2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
We obtain both confirmations during checkout. Anyone who does not give them receives access only after the fourteen days have passed — the right of withdrawal then remains untouched.
Voluntary money-back promise
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 14-day money-back promise on every paid subscription: write to support@permaplans.com within fourteen days of purchase and we will refund the amount — no reason needed, even if you have already used the app.
