Description
Fruit
Sour-tart fruit, unsuitable as a dessert apple. Taste fruity, winey, rather acid-dominant (grade 4).
Growth
Vigorous tree.
Yield
Regular cropping.
Notes
For orchard meadow. Robust against scab and mildew, somewhat prone to canker on heavy soils. Fruits highly prone to bitter pit and must be processed quickly. Keeps only briefly (about 1 month).
Care
Process fruit quickly due to bitter pit. Cut out canker lesions on heavy soils.
