Description
Fruit
Large yellow fruit with strong muscat aroma; the taste contrasts with the aroma - sharply acidic, low in sugar, dry and low in juice (grade 3+).
Growth
Vigorous tree.
Yield
Late onset of bearing, alternating yield.
Notes
Typical orchard-meadow variety, robust against diseases. In Bavaria wrongly circulated under the name 'Fromms Goldrenette'. Stores about 3-4 months.
Care
Thin in the heavy-crop year to ease alternate bearing; otherwise low-maintenance.
