Large, round, bright-green fruit with firm, crisp flesh.

Medium vigour, well productive; PDO 'Nocellara del Belice'.

Green as the mild Castelvetrano table olive; ripe also for high-quality mild oil.

The mild 'dolce' curing makes Castelvetrano a beginner favourite.
