Medium, spherical fruit; leaf underside silvery-white ('hoja blanca').
Growth
Vigorous, very drought- and lime-tolerant, but alternate bearing.
Yield
Processed ripe-black as a table olive; oil mild-fruity with slight bitterness.
Notes
Lower oil content than Picual but flexible dual use.
