Small, elongated fruit ripening late and unevenly to brownish-black.
Growth
Vigorous, pendulous, long-lived; adapted to Liguria's steep terraces.
Yield
Moderate; oil very mild, sweet, almondy – the base of delicate Riviera oils; small black table olives.
Notes
Identical to the French 'Cailletier' (Olive de Nice); harvest often extends into winter.
