Medium, elongated fruit ripening early to deep black.
Growth
Medium vigour, adapted to the continental Ebro basin; self-sterile.
Yield
Good; oil yellow, very mild and sweet with little bitterness. Also the black 'aceituna negra de Aragón'.
Notes
Defines oils of Aragón, Catalonia and the Balearics; low oxidative stability.
