Description
Fruit
Small, aromatic fruit; juicy, half-melting, sweet, slightly acidic with a pronounced cinnamon-like spice. Quality improves at full tree ripeness.
Growth
Strong growth; for garden and orchard. Wind-firm fruit.
Yield
Cropping starts mid-early from the 6th-7th year and then bears reliably.
Notes
Early summer pear, very widely plantable on soils that are not too dry or poor, with no special warmth needs; also grows in mountain sites above 350 m. Tree-ripe late July to early August, ready to use August, keeps only 2-3 weeks. Resistant to frost and disease.

As a summer pear pick promptly and in stages, since it ripens over fast; the robust tall-trunk needs little special care.
