Description
Fruit
Dessert/culinary apple, in warmer sites also a dessert apple (rating 3+). Mild spiced aroma, tart and lively; single-variety juice with an acidic, tangy note. Rather small, very keepable fruit with short, opposing stalks.
Growth
Weak-growing tree forming small crowns. Storm-firm, so fruit can stay on the tree until optimal ripeness.
Yield
On MM 106 rootstock regularly gives the highest yields.
Notes
Limited for the garden. Recommended for single-variety juice in fine gastronomy. Little moniliosis. Stores up to about 7 months.

Prune regularly, as insufficient pruning leads to small fruit.
