Fruit
Robust culinary apple, in warm sites also a dessert apple (rating 3+). Predominantly acidic, mildly aromatic, distinctive in flavour. Large fruit, mostly free of scab spots, similar to Ontario.
Growth
Strong-growing tree.
Notes
Typical orchard variety for orchard and garden, recommended by the NRW orchard-protection committee. Very healthy tree, free of scab, canker and mildew even in northern Germany. Stores into April/May/June (about 6 months).
