Description
Fruit
Strikingly ribbed fruit with firm flesh. Smell and taste recall raspberries, with a good sweet-acid balance and fruity note. Overall only moderately rated for eating quality.
Growth
Strong-growing tree.
Notes
Not recommended for meadow orchards because of very high scab susceptibility. Old connoisseur variety with a characteristic fruit shape.
Care
Only worth growing with plant protection against scab.
