Fruit

Red cherries, good cup with balanced body. Less refined than pure Bourbon but reliable.

Growth

Tall, vigorous and disease-tolerant growth; harder to harvest than dwarf cultivars.

Yield

Very high yield and strong adaptability; parent of Catuaí.

Notes

Rust-susceptible but vigorous. Historically pivotal for Brazil's production surge.
