Large, elongated, bright red-orange fruit; firm and crisp after CO₂ treatment.
Growth
Astringent PVA type, very productive, adapted to the Mediterranean climate of Valencia.
Yield
Very high yields; seedless fruit, basis of the PDO 'Kaki Ribera del Xúquer'.

Also spoon-eaten soft as 'Classic'; sold de-astringed as 'Persimon'.
