Uses
Growing
Pak Choi grows well in full sun to partial shade in fertile, moist, well-drained soil with a pH of 6.0-7.5. Sow seeds 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep in early spring or mid to late summer for fall crops. Space plants 15-20 cm apart or closer for baby leaves. Keep soil consistently moist and fertilize according to soil tests. Row covers help protect from pests and frost. Plants mature in about 60 days.
