Growing

Kohlrabi grows best in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil with a pH of 6.0 to 7.5. Sow seeds about 0.5 cm deep in early spring or late summer for fall harvest. Keep soil consistently moist and fertilize before planting and midseason. Thin seedlings to 15 cm apart. It tolerates cool temperatures and can be grown in succession for continuous harvest.
