Narrow, cylindrical-elongated fruit (~70 g) with dark brown, densely hairy skin and green flesh.
Growth
Female cultivar, needs a male pollinator. Early-flowering and early-ripening.
Yield
Very fertile with high fruit count; historically one of the first export cultivars.
Notes
Widespread before Hayward's dominance; today mainly in home gardens and cooler sites.
