Given in thirds of a month (early / mid / late) for the northern hemisphere in a temperate climate; altitude and season shift them.

Medium-sized, oval fruit with firm, slightly gritty texture and a balanced sweet-tart flavour.

Reliable and productive; a good pollinator for other cultivars. Ripens mid-late.

Often planted alongside Mammoth, as the two cross-pollinate each other.
