Description
Fruit
Large, round fruit with extensive red blush; very juicy, aromatic yellow flesh, freestone.
Growth
Vigorous tree; the soft, aromatic fruit ships poorly and has largely left commercial trade.
Yield
Good yields; fruit has only a short shelf life at full ripeness.
Notes
Self-fertile; a cult classic for flavour quality, celebrated by David Mas Masumoto.
