Yellow, spiny skin, white flesh with crunchy seeds; extremely sweet (over 20 Brix).
Growth
A different species (Selenicereus megalanthus); slower and more temperature-sensitive than Hylocereus.
Yield
Smaller fruit, longer ripening; high-value export fruit (Ecuador/Colombia).
