Fruit
Medium-large fruit with yellow-pink blushed rind and pinkish-red, seedless flesh. Mildly acidic, less bitter than white varieties.
Growth
Hardy, productive tree, a standard in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.
Yield
High yields; pigmentation fades somewhat with extended hang-time.
Notes
First patented grapefruit in the USA (1929); origin of many more deeply pigmented successor varieties.
